Our software developers use a surprising range of technologies; you might be hired for a Java project and end up coding some Python also. You might start in Delphi and later add some C#/.NET and Prolog if the project warrants. You might start working on a GUI and end up tweaking a business-intelligence engine. Yes, all of those examples have really happened!
Our non-software-developers likewise work on a wide variety of activities, some of them for customers and some internal use.
We hire a mix of full-time in-house developers and other staff (working here in St. Louis, MO), and contract developers (around the US). Please read the job listings carefully, and apply for the kind of position you are interested in.
One caveat, though: our hiring bar, especially for full-time/permanent staff, is very high!
